Know Yourself Camp

A Day to Connect, Create, and Heal — Together

Join us for Know Yourself Camp — a joyful, healing-centered experience where families create music, dance together, and walk away feeling more connected than ever.

This free, one-day event, in collaboration with San Francisco International Hip Hop DanceFest (SFIHHDF), invites youth (ages 7–12 and 13-17) and their caregivers to bond through mindfulness, rhythm, and self-expression — all grounded in the culture and creativity of our community.
